OK, go to the CTV web page, look for the full video of the debate, then the part dealing with the cuts to the arts & you'll find the quote at the 5:09 mark. OK?
Yes, I almost fell on the floor when he said this two times. This guy wouldn't know fun if it came up and bit him.
